Refund policy

Returns will only be accepted in the event that the product was damaged during the shipping process. Photographic proof MUST be emailed to artistryfemmefatale@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the artwork. If you contact Femme Fatale Artistry after the 24 hour mark, a return will not be granted. Once the item is in the studio, a refund will be given. Femme Fatale Artistry  is not responsible for lost packages and if we do not receive it, a refund will not be given. I highly suggest purchasing insurance if you decide to ship the artwork back. I'm also willing to negotiate a refund amount if you would like to keep the damaged artwork. This is on a case by case basis and the refund amount will reflect the amount insurance is willing to pay.
